Looks like I forgot to post an intro!
I live in Cambridge but work in Breslau at the family business Welder Series Inc. We make and sell hot rod chassis parts. I've been in the hobby/ business all my life. Volkswagen is the only kind of car I have ever owned, from two 1990 jettas, to a 93 golf, to a 99 vr6 jetta, and now to my 02 W8 wagon. I put Flowmaster mufflers on the Jetta (www.youtube.com/tripwalking) and it was pretty low on 17" Siata wheels. I have H&R springs for the Passat, but haven't got around to clearing off the lift to install them yet. I would also like to install Flowmaster mufflers... maybe in the spring. I do have an extended warranty, and I'm sure it's paid for itself already with the replacement of the torque converter. |
